The game of the summer. Blake and I walked many kms looking for Pokemon and walking by Pokemon stops.
We love hanging out in Grandma and Grandpa’s pool in the summer. ESPECIALLY the diving board!
My dad bought this delicious looking puzzle for Blake this summer. While dad was here we got the edge mostly done and the bottom row of cupcakes. We’ve been working on it every since and yesterday this happened.
We look forward to Heritage Day all summer long. The boats, the train, the food, the bouncey castles. And of course, the face painting. It was coldish and it rained kind of hard in the middle, but we loved it. The fireworks at night were OUTSTANDING!
Blake had an away game in Grand Bend, so Rich, Barb, Erin, Blake, Scott and I went to Grand Bend for the day. It was hot and the beach was awesome. Many hours later, we pulled out of town with the kids asking, “When can we come back here???” R
The Quarry has a new toy. A brand new trampoline opened up just a few days ago. The kids get a few minutes on the tramp at the end of each lesson.
The library has some nice summer program events. It’s also a nice place to chill out and read.
We began level 5 in swimming lessons. This year, for the first time, it’s at the Quarry. The Quarry is big, deep, cold and full of fish. First day was a bit scary for Blake, but he’s doing just great now. It’s certainly a lovely way to spend each morning for the grownups. The kids … Continue reading
